For best results, use urine that is produced first thing in the morning as this will be the most concentrated, and therefore, have a greater likelihood of returning accurate.

Here are the results that I found:

✅ Positive sign: The toothpaste will change colour, and sometimes become frothy
✅ Negative sign: Stay the same
